March 17 (St. Patrick's Day) - turn on water in Port
March 24 - Cleanup Day
April 14 - Residents' Meeting - 9AM - discussion on the proposed security measures being considered by the Board in response to the
break-ins last summer.
Site selection - 10 AM
June 30 - electric bills mailed
July 28 - Residents' Meeting - 10 AM
August 4 - Stockholders' Meeting and luncheon
Update on shed break-ins:
On Thursday, October 27, the person accused of breaking into the sheds in the
Port waived his preliminary hearing in court. He has admitted his part in the
break ins. A resident of the mobile home park, he apparently is suspected of
break ins in the mobile home park also.
The Board recommends the Port residents keep their sheds and trailers securely
locked at all times.
The Board is investigating some security measures for the property to help
protect our investment. Our camera system was an important part in the
apprehension of the alleged thief.
